Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Windows Components >> Microsoft Edge >> "Configure SmartScreen Filter" to "Enabled".

Prior to v1607 of Windows 10, the policy name was "Turn off the SmartScreen Filter". The STIG configuration selection did not change.
